How do I track my order?
A tracking number will be provided to you after your order in your order confirmation. Use this number to track your package with the carrier method you chose for delivery.
What are your delivery options?
You can choose free delivery to pick-up in store during business hours or choose a shipping option based on your order amount and speed of delivery. You will receive the free shipping to home option after your subtotal exceeds $129.00.
How do I return an item/return policy?
You have 7 days to return an item (from the time of pick-up from store or delivery confirmation). Email requesting a return for those items purchased online and delivered to your home must be requested within 7 days from delivery confirmation. It must be in unworn, unused, unlaundered, unaltered (any personalization will prevent return), new condition in original packaging with original tags and all accessories. You must bring your receipt for return (e-receipt or hard copy will be accepted).
Refunds will not be given on shipping costs. Special order items shipped to the store for in-store pick-up will be subject to a 15% restocking fee deduction from the refunded amount.
All out of country (any place other than the continental United States, Hawaii, and Alaska)-- ALL SALES FINAL-- no refund, returns, or exchanges.
All CLEARANCE items sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are granted on clearance items.
What is your Shipping Policy?
FREE Shipping Offer only valid on U.S. Ground shipping for order $129.00 or more at subtotal. Subtotal excludes embroidery, gift cards & taxes.
Order Processing Time: Most ground orders ship within 24-48 hours. If placed before 3:00 PM EST. Please allow normal UPS or USPS delivery time. Standard order processing time applies to in stock, non-embroidered items, and excludes weekends and holidays.
Fast Ground orders usually ship out within 24 hours (only in-stock, non-embroidery items) excluding weekends and holidays. You should receive your order within 4 - 8 business days depending on your geographical location. Delivery time excludes weekends & holidays.
If you have selected an item with a backorder date, it will be shipped separately, best-way ground as soon as it arrives in our facility.
We will not set-up or pay for third-party shippers. If you choose to use your own shipping methods and not those provided by Emerald Uniforms, you will be solely responsible for setting up pick-up, delivery, and payment for these services. You will not receive and compensation for damages if items delivered to you are not in proper condition. You will not receive any refunds, returns, or exchanges based on shipping quality of goods received or if the goods are never received from your shipper. The shipping company you set-up will sign for the shipment and anything that occurs after that point is no longer Emerald Uniforms' responsibility or liability.

The information you provide is used to fulfill your specific request.
